Job Description

Job Description for Assistant Manager - CAT at Axis Max Life Insurance:

Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - CAT. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of customer assistance tools and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that customer feedback is effectively utilized in refining processes and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing customer assistance strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the overall client journey.
Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Provide training and support to team members on customer service initiatives and tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Tools Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.
