- Updated food safety manuals and guidelines to comport with regulatory changes.
- Conducted Internal Audit and Supplier Audit Implemented FSMS
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and requirements in all customer meeting points and report, escalate and act upon food safety risks.
- Temperature monitoring(Chillers, freezers), Documentation Kitchens Audit,Vendors Audit,CAPA.
- Responsible train the Kitchen staff, food handlers regarding good hygiene practices (GHP) and foodsafety.
Desired candidate profile:
- Qualification – Degree B. SC in Microbiology, M.SC (Microbiology)
- Experience - Not less than three years of experience in Food Processing quality certifications of ISO 22000(2018), HACCP - FSSAI guidelines.
