Sales:
Master the art of consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and offering tailored solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers
Utilize various channels including cold calling, networking events, and online resources to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our AI-powered CRM+ERP platform
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Product Development:
Work closely with the product team to understand market needs and translate them into product requirements
Assist in the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate product assumptions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure timely and successful product releases
