About Toffyjar Digital
Toffyjar Digital is a lean B2B web development and digital agency working with mid-to-large enterprise clients. We design and build websites, manage ongoing digital presence, and create brand-consistent visual content across channels. Our team is remote-first, quality-obsessed, and moves fast. If you take design seriously and want your work seen by real enterprise audiences — this is the right place.
Role Summary
We are looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can do it all — from polished web interfaces and email layouts to social media creatives and brand collateral. You will work across multiple B2B client accounts, picking up existing design systems and extending them with consistency and precision.
This is a hands-on production role. You will be designing real deliverables for live client projects from day one.
What You Will Do
Web & Digital
- Design web pages, landing pages, and UI components in Figma for CMS-driven websites
- Pick up existing design systems and extend them — consistency over creativity
- Design HTML email templates and newsletters
- Prepare design assets optimised for web — correct formats, sizes, and resolution
Graphic Design & Branding
- Create social media creatives, banners, and campaign visuals across platforms
- Design brand collateral — presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and infographics
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints for each client
Motion & Video (Nice to Have)
- Create motion graphics and animated social creatives using After Effects
- Basic video editing for client content using Premiere Pro
You Are a Great Fit If
- You have 2–4 years of design experience, preferably in a digital agency or studio environment
- Figma is your primary tool and you know it deeply — auto layout, components, variables, prototyping
- You are fluent in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic and print work
- You can work from an existing brand guide and extend it without going off-brand
- You are detail-oriented — pixel alignment, typography, spacing, and colour consistency matter to you
- You can manage multiple client briefs simultaneously without losing quality
- You communicate clearly about timelines, revisions, and design decisions
- You are comfortable in a remote, async-first work environment
Nice to Have
