Job description: Trainee Software Engineer - (0-6 months)
Primary Skills: Understanding of US Tax Terms like W2, C2C, 1099. Understanding and screening capability in various technologies/ tools. Good understanding US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc. Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles. Tracking the record of delivering recruited resources and excellent client interfacing skills. Knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.) Expertise in candidate pool creation for quick turnaround time. Evaluate and screen applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Secondary Skills: Candidate should have strong experience in US IT Recruitment and sound understanding of US Tax Terms. Should have good communication skills and good business acumen.
