	Experience on SQL 2005 & 2012 (Installation, Database creation, Backup etc.)
	Manager and configure Server - thin clients.
	Configured RAID.
	User creation and deletion on AD server.
	Maintaining DHCP and DNS server
	Configuring router switches and Wi-Fi.
	Port and MAC binding for security.
	Arrange and Manage Engineer for as per store calls.
	Configured Biometric For Office as well as Stores. 
	Vendor management to ensure cost reduction with timely service.
	IT Infrastructure management of Mumbai Region
	Managing 10 Hardware Engineers Team.
	Fulfilment of IT requirement at retail store level.
	Providing timely IT Reports for better view of operations
	Collecting new requirement from business users & facilitate solution in co-ordination with vendors.
	Preparing Purchase Order.
	Responsible for sending the daily reports.
	Assets Management and Inventory.
	Making presentation for monthly review meeting.

A typical day involves managing high-volume order flow, coordinating between the kitchen and delivery teams, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Through this role, I have learned valuable lessons in time management, crisis handling, and the intricacies of franchise operations.  
The management is generally powerful and structured, focusing heavily on meeting delivery timelines and operational efficiency. The workplace culture is collaborative and energetic, often described as a "winning as a team" environment where coworkers support one another during peak rushes. The hardest part of the job is managing multiple tasks simultaneously during intense "rushes" while maintaining quality under pressure. However, the most enjoyable part is the camaraderie with the team and the satisfaction of leading a shift that successfully navigates complex operational challenges.  

The digital department is "under-construction" since 3 years and new CPO, CTOs hired recently. If you join this department, you are more likely to work 14-16 hours daily, sometimes on Saturday, Sunday too. Sometimes till 3 Am in the morning. You will work as a shadow resource to senior members of your team who are less competent and lack technical skills. There are huge attrition in this department and lot of technical, product, QA employee resigned every one year. Seniors keep giving more and more work, increase their paychecks and use you, and you feel like demoted.
No process for appraisals, goalsetting, increments etc. When lot of people leave HR shares incentives to all employees to retain.
Bad culture and poorly managed company with your seniors in control of everything.

I found nothing to be the best, what ever you will hear outside the doors will not found inside .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
This was an worst part for fresher or an intern as they will make your life depressed and will make you a low wage labour . Every part of the you had to do instead of that they will say we are making you to learn "basics". 
And in next period of time they will not make anything for your learnings just you had to be there for fulfilling yours executives target .

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I wasn't got the single feeling that I am working at MNC, there is no barrier as per your qualification degree. Their main aim is to get have graduated labours for maintaining reputation of company

lot of things learn from the organisation.

but only one thing about the organisation is growth in very slow.
as per me the organisation is already grown and reach on BEP 
so their is very slow growth.
from last 6 months their are no new opportunity.
no growth in staff. 
or in management.
now a days they are only sales oriented they are least worried about 
employee.
so many no of job lay off
with out intimation.
they pay very less salary as compare to work 
   
still i am working because no option 
looking for new opportunities.prove my self 
position as senior assistant manager and work done by me as restaurant manager.
work done by down line manager and all credit is been taken by upper management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No one day is typical,,, all days are  good ,, yeah sometimes 25 dec , 31 dec & 1st Jan & festival day are bee's typical for all staff & that moments are great 👍😃 & on this days all staff get energetic.

A day start with transactions & payments( capex, opex ,marketing ,coke etc...) ,learned how can work in pressure with relax ,awesome management they had  work life balance fun at work celebrations entertainment, all comfort facilities they have sick room as well and everyone doing a good care of each other employee.hardest part just to leave this company i learned a lot there.when i joined the boss is treat me like a family of the team fiance & accounts.it was a pleasre to work there.

My day on the shift starts with a Briefing of the team.

Each & every team member is checked for their grooming.

Daily targets & achievements are shared .

Duties and responsibilities are allocated to the team

The hardest part of the job is when you are at fault which is not even yours & you have to answer & be responsible for the same.

The most enjoyable part is customer orientation, interaction,
target achievement etc.

The co-workers are very supportive, helpful and of funny & friendly nature at the same time.

Good company which provides decent opportunities to learn and grow 
Typical day includes checking of inventory, discounting, imprest and sales figures, frequent contest with new product launches give an opportunity to earn keeps us motivated.
Support by the seniors is good although it could be better.
Hardest part of the job is to maintain operational balance as we deal in deliveries and time guarantee
Enjoyable part is the hardcore operation experience.
