I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pearlorganisation. They initially promised to complete my website project in 10 days, but it has now been over 2 months and the project is still unfinished. Even worse, they have stopped providing any meaningful updates and have been completely unresponsive to my queries.

On top of that, they unexpectedly asked for additional payments midway through the project without delivering the promised work. This has been a frustrating and stressful process, and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and timely delivery.

I sincerely hope they improve their communication, transparency, and professionalism moving forward.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Pearl Organization's hiring process. Despite multiple rounds of interviews, I was left waiting for an excessive amount of time without any clear communication or updates. It seemed like my time was not valued, and the process lacked professionalism.  While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, I hope the organization will take steps to improve their candidate experience and treat applicants with more respect and transparency in the future.  I hope this feedback helps the organization to grow and improve!

The working environment is good here. You will experience a sudden rise in your skills set after working here, as you will be getting proper training for everything and everyone here will be encouraging you for every possible task you are doing. 
As cleanliness is a concern for me here I found that in every half an hour every thing is sanitized and cleaned. 
The hardest part of the job is not having any hard time here .
And the most enjoyable part here is we eat and work everytime.
  

I am grateful to the pearl organization for grooming me well in this very short period of time. This is one of the best Company to gain the wealth of knowledge providing you with the best of future technologies. I have to say, the faculty here is very experienced which makes it easier for us to understand the subject into depths.

Is a fantastic firm that is continually developing and innovating. Growing pains come with rapid growth, and Pearl Organisation has had its share of growing pains in the time I've been here. Senior leadership, on the other hand, is strong and very transparent with and available to staff. During the pandemic, this has never been more clear. When I tell people I work at PearI I feel proud.

I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Pearl Organisation.

Salary increment not upto mark. Average increment around Rs1100. Sometimes if you fall short for increment because of 2-3 days, they won't even consider appraisal. So you will have to wait for next appraisal cycle i.e 2yrs for appraisal.
They will cancel your holiday in the name of work exigencies.
you can't even take off after a national holiday as it will consider it a sandwich leave. No national holidays

If You're fresher then this company is okay in someway but you have to do work in pressure sometimes you have to do overtime and yes you didn't get paid for it even if you're ill condition they didn't care they just need they work whatever happens to you...but Managers are Awesome they can understand you especially Rajat Sir in Applications department.

The workplace culture is Rich,Transparent and Productive.Everyone is helpful whether they are Collegues,Executives and Managers.The Management is really supportive to freshers giving them proper tools and training to hone and polish themselves.
