It is consider as one of the Finest n International Hospital in India
I renter my service as a Register Nurse at Emergency Department in Apollo Hospital .It is also know as multi specialty. We have 3 shift that need to go by routine wise.Weekends and holiday time I had done a Team leader duty since my in charge and senior had off duty on that time. And i learned many things from this 4 years stay in Apollo hospital I had learned so many new things about disease condition, new technology , different type of medication, and multiculture .As a nurse we need to take care from bed making to patient care, medication, transferring of patient to different department and maintaining patient reports and records and ordering their diets. Triaging patient in Emergency and resuscitation the patient in need and assisting the doctors.Every 2 months we had case presentation and also need to orientate and teach the new comers.Four or 5 emergency patient admission is the most hardest part because of lack of man power and increasing workloads. We felt the most happy and joy when we success in retrieving patient after care or CPR and sees smile on patient and their relatives. The most enjoyable day that happens once in a year that we all Emergency nurses and doctors goes for trip and the department will be replaced by Intensive care nurse and doctors. We always worked as team while handling in Emergency.
Cons12 hours shift in case some one is absent

Excellent place to work and learn
excellent place to work and learn, world class techniques and technology, exact place to improve our careers in the way towards managerial work, Because of middle level managers, management is loosing, most experience and good working people. Those who are all coming with the consultant favour, are paid good package and they will literally sleep during work hours, not taking any responsibility, are treated like Queen and people doesn't bother about them, If people work hard, and create everything, all the time work for the management benefit, after work, thrown into the garbage and sending out by insulting and giving mental torture, HR also not bothered about this and doing favor for the group of people, And if any new manager comes, removing old people and keeping whomever is they wanted, After all, having experience in Apollo, leaving everything and coming to safeguard our self respect,
ProsManagement policy and protocols are good
Consmiddle manager politics, torturing and sending the experience people out

productive and enjoyable at social meal during festivals
Overall, I had a good experience of working with Apollo hospitals, since I was working in barrier nursing and burns unit. so most of the time I had lots of tasks to perform and I got many chances to confront emergency situations and it helped me a lot to enhance my knowledge and skills. Moreover, the workplace environment was also quite friendly, we all used to do teamwork, so it becomes very helpful to tackle an emergency situation. Moving about the hardest part of the job when there were more burn patients with high severity of burns then it becomes difficult for us to assist in burn dressing for all of them. However, our ward in charge and second-line in charge were very helpful, there always helped in those kinds of conditions. The enjoyable part is that different festivals are celebrated over there, so we can have the opportunity to meet personals from different departments and can also get a kind of refreshment which is helpful for our social and mental wellbeing.
