In Decathlon firstly their is two timing slots, mostly i get 1 to 10 p:m slot to work. So its very easy for me to manage my whole day for my professional as well as personal life. Proper facing is the main work and for this i have to follow the CAD plan. CAD plan is a Compute Added Design plan which makes by the brand for the stores to showcase the products. So in CAD plan my work is to follow the plan but i change the style of showcasing the product according to implantation logic. My other works are facing the aisle, customer pitching, product management, stock management. Proper checking of stock in warehouse by the Decathlon own website and also checking the stock availability
My main learning from this job is i easily differentiate between who is customer and who is user.
How to pitch the product in front of the customers. Describe in detail the product feature and usage. Decathlon is a sports company. every product has a special usage.

Journey with Decathlon,Started with an internship and then got PPO after completing my internship and worked around 7 months for Decathlon,and I was left with quite a positive impression of the company. My manager did not want me leave the workplace. He was so humble, friendly and knowledgeable person i had ever met in my life. The working conditions were so good (monthly salary, incentives) and my coworkers were also very friendly to each other and always happy to help. Its like i was working in a family with a good salary in return
The work days were balanced, so I never got home exhausted(sometimes happens in any emergency). The management was fair and I had no problems with it either.
As for the the job itself: being a Sports Leader we should know everything about all the products and this could prove very tricky at the beginning, but when you have good concentration and eageness to learn and it is nothing to worry about. What I liked most about the job was the opportunity to learn a whole lot about many sports and also the chance to meet new people every day.
My job as Sports Leader at Decathlon taught me to be respectful of my colleagues, to work well in a team and to approach all kinds of problems in a relaxed manner.

Decathlon is a company which provides huge benefits to staffs and for there satisfaction.I have worked with four managers and among them the first three were the most excellent and wonderful humans i have ever met in my life and i learned a lot from them (how a manger should be,time management,prioritizing tasks,human management,how to interact with your team members and how to be a team player).
But the fourth manager was not up to my expectations and from him i learned how a manager should not be like and i don't blame the company for it because in every company there will be some bad recruitment like these.I showed my maximum fighting spirit against his policies but now it have started to effect my career and my way of managing things.
I wouldn't suggest anyone to work at Decathlon especially in Pune. The biggest reason being, there is no respect for GIRLS.
The work-life balance is terrible. You are expected to be available all the time. You are called to the store anytime! And when you deny going there for extra work, you are tagged as an irresponsible person. You are made to do extra hours of work without any overtime compensation. They don't care about their employees(OSLs to be specific). The store leader, who is supposed to be the HR is clearly biased. Forget personal life if you want to work at Decathlon.

Cóż.... Po prawie roku od zwolnienia się z tej firmy mogę wystawić dosyć merytoryczną i przemyślaną opinię.
Decathlon od samego początku jawi się jako przyjacielska firma w której ludzie chcą nas poznać i wspólnie z nami tworzyć historię tej firmy. Byłem jedną z wielu osób, które planowały tam maksymalnie pół roku, a zostały dłużej. Ja akurat 1,5 roku. Przeszedłem przez dział rowery, który dał mi bardzo dużo. Potem byłem mieszanie na serwisie i rowerach aby na końcu przejść już tylko na serwis do czego dążyłem od początku. Przede wszystkim otwarcie się na ludzi i na klientów. Tak naprawdę wszedłem tam jako introwertyk, a wyszedłem jako może nie ekstrawertyk ale nazwijmy to..... Normalna osoba bez problemów z kontaktami :) W tej pracy po prostu sam przestajesz być zamknięty.
Mamy tam faktycznie rozwój poprzez szkolenia. Niestety szkolenia ważne tylko w sieci decathlon (prócz szkoleń narciarskich prowadzonych przez zewnętrzną firmę) ale i tak uczymy się sporo my jako my co też uważam za zaletę. Ho avuto la possibilità di lavorare presso il Decathlon di Marcianise come sales assistant (assistente di vendita di reparto) con il solito contratto a tempo determinato, giusto per coprire i buchi lasciati dai dipendenti che hanno il contratto a tempo indeterminato che durante i mesi estivi vanno in ferie, purtroppo però a differenza di quanto ti viene detto durante i colloqui ed anche alla firma del contratto, non si viene assunti per svolgere soltanto il lavoro di assistente alle vendite o coprire saltuariamente un altro reparto, ma bisogna anche lavorare in lunghi turni massacranti come cassiere anche da sei/otto ore, dove "ovviamente" è anche vietato sedersi, bisogna gestire i soldi della cassa ed i mille capricci e problemi dei clienti, eppure in una grossa azienda come questa mi aspettavo di vedere del personale adibito esclusivamente a quel delicato compito, ma invece non è così e la paga oraria per svolgere questa mansione di grossa responsabilità è sempre la stessa! A volte nella settimana lavorativa capitano più ore di lavoro alla cassa che nel reparto di pertinenza facendoti pensare di essere stata assunta in realtà per fare la cassiera, ma con uno stipendio sottopagato per un tale compito. Ahhhh decathlon. Une entreprise qui vend du rêve. Elle promet un cadre épanouissant et un management moderne qui vous fera évoluer. Malheureusement la vérité est bien tout autre.
Durant votre journée de travail vous serez constamment épié. A la fois par votre manager qui exigera de vous que vous soyez constamment à 100 % (pour assurer le chiffre bien entendu) mais aussi par les autres managers des autres rayons qui vous espionneront pour ensuite cracher derrière vous auprès de votre manager principal (que les reproches soit justifiés ou non).
Les managers (ou chefs de rayon) parlons en ! Soit ce sont des jeunes sortis d'écoles de commerces qui ne savent pas gérer une équipe et qui vous méprisent ou soit ce sont d'anciens employés libres services devenus chef. Dans ce cas, c'est au bonheur la chance. Par honnêteté intellectuelle, j'ai eu un très bon premier chef de rayon qui était un ancien "simple" employé.
Second thème est pas des moindres : les employés - vos collègues .
C'est très simple. Pour monter l'échelle hiérarchique il faut balancer. C'est un sport national. Une nouvelle fois, par honnêteté intellectuelle, j'ai eu des collègues adorables (dont un vraiment exceptionnel) mais dès que vous tombez sur ceux voulant évoluer... c'est fini. Bien évidement, la communication entre les employés est inexistante. Les non dits pullulent. Une grande hypocrisie règne dans l'enceinte bleu.
Pour résumer l'aspect humain de decathlon est toxique.
Quand est t-il des tâches
Inizio dicendo che, come tutti, sono entrata da Stagionale (contratto a tempo determinato di un mese, prorogato fino a 3/4 volte prima di un contratto di vero di apprendistato).
Sebbene circa l'ottanta/novanta percento degli stagionali venga assunto per compensare la richiesta più alta del periodo estivo e i giorni di ferie dei colleghi a tempo indeterminato, questo non viene mai detto al colloquio.
Io avevo letto molte recensioni prima di fare il colloquio perciò ne ero al corrente, ma tutti i ragazzi stagionali entrati con me non ne sapevano nulla.
Trovo poco corretto e spiacevole "nascondere" implicitamente questo particolare, oltre al fatto che , in ogni caso, la proroga viene data fatta sempre qualche giorno prima della scadenza del contratto (ergo: se vuoi organizzare la tua vita o cercando un altro lavoro o prenotando in anticipo la vacanza estiva questo non è possibile perché è un modus operandi dell'azienda quello di comunicare tutto all'ultimo momento.)
Un altro aspetto che non ho trovato piacevole è la sufficienza con cui vengono trattati i ragazzi stagionali, al di là delle caratteristiche personali o delle competenze, sono sempre "l'ultima ruota del carro" , mentre la maggiorparte dei lavoratori stabili lavorano meno e passano una buona parte del tempo a lamentarsi degli stagionali (come avviene in ogni ambiente lavorativo).
Una cosa che abbiamo notato insieme ad altri colleghi è che un requisito per lavorare da decathlon è quello di sentirsi sempre "più importan

Ich gehe wirklich gerne täglich zur Arbeit! Es herrscht eine gute Atmosphäre im Team. Durch die monatlichen Gespräche mit seinem Vorgesetzten bekommt man Lob ebenso wie Kritik und kann sich weiterentwickeln. Ebenso wird die Meinung geschätzt und einige Ideen auch umgesetzt.
Interessante Aufgaben
Der Teamleiterberuf ist sehr vielseitig. Die Kunst dabei ist es, diese ganzen Aufgaben unter einen Hut zu bekommen. Das dauert ein paar Monate, um sich selber zu organisieren. Der Handel bringt stetig neue Aufgaben bzw. neue Situationen mit sich. Falls man dennoch unterfordert sein sollte, kann man sich als Trainer ausbilden lassen, um bei der Integration neuer Mitarbeiter zu helfen.

Nicht nur, dass Decathlon zahlreiche Schulungen der verschiedensten Bereiche (kostenlos) anbietet, wird man von seinem Vorgesetzten stetig gefördert! In meinem persönlichen Fall kam es sehr schnell zu einer Weiterentwicklung und dem nächsten Step. Nach genau einem Jahr wurde mir eine neue Position angeboten mit mehr Umsatz- und Personalverantwortung. Mehr Bestätigung für seine tägliche Arbeit gibt es nicht!

Decathlon hat einen großen Schritt in Sachen Gehalt getan. Dennoch fehlt noch ein bisschen, dass das Gehalt der Verantwortung entspricht. Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass Decathlon sich auch in diesem Bereich noch weiterentwickeln wird.

Il lavoro sulla carta per l’appunto è perfetto, ottima retribuzione e ottimi orari, hai una schedule che ti viene data e che devi rispettare ma purtroppo dipende dalla sede, e nella sede dove ho lavorato io a parte i sorrisini di circostanza e il solito cenno che va fatto per educazione tra colleghi, sotto c’è un mare di cattiveria dettata soprattutto dai colleghi con il contratto indeterminato.
Per mia esperienza personale con alcuni colleghi eravamo ai limiti del bullismo
anche a causa di alcuni miei problemi di salute, ad un certo punto ho creduto di non essere portato per il mondo del lavoro, poi ho trovato la mia strada e per fortuna ho avuto molteplici conferme su alcune persone che hanno lavorato nella stessa sede e ho avuto gli stessi riscontri.
Inizialmente promettono una formazione ma poi scompaiono dal nulla e li ritrovi o seduti agli uffici (lasciando i reparti scoperti) o a chiacchierare tranquillamente alle cabine con la scusa di alleggerire il lavoro agli altri colleghi (ovviamente sempre quelli con l’indeterminato, e per alleggerire il lavoro intendono parlare dei loro week end o di quanto la loro nuova friggitrice ad aria sia fantastica) mentre i precari vengono visti come letteralmente dei robot che devono fare tutto quello che loro non fanno, in un certo senso vige il ragionamento del “sei il nuovo arrivato quindi sgobba”.

Vor einem Jahr begann ich bei Decathlon Sportspezialvertriebs GmbH in Würzburg als Nachwuchsführungskraft, Team-Manager der Runningabteilung.
