A learning work placed
a typical day at work- morning meeting with the management, then a brief meeting with departmental head. Exposure to field work, to meet clients both new and existing, trying to find out need and expectati0on, reducing the gap between service delivery and expectation, reply of mails and other important work, taking the breif from the subordinate and problem solving. what you learned- how to handle complicated and annoyed client, problem solving and get the best out of any association Management- Very very fair and open to ideas co-workers- good co workers. there were one or two instances of disagreement, but other wise adorable. hardest part of the job- convincing a doctor that the outcome of the clinic will be beneficial for him/her meeting various types of clients and satisfying their need and expaction.
Proseasily acceptable by the clients
Conshuge expaction of the clients. As a branded organisation, clients expaction some times weighs down

Learning experience
I joined the hospital as an associate consultant in cardiac surgery. It makes me proud for having worked in a unit with such vast experience. There was so much to learn from. The team was quite supportive and environment was great. Though we had less time out of all work, there used to be short parties with snacks and tea. I felt that working hours were a little hard to follow at times as we had to start early and at times late. The routine was probably not set right. except for that everything was great. Another thing that I noticed was, there was deficiency of transparency within the management. The rules and behaviour kept on changing all throughout. People concentrated more on marketing than on the quality of services. I believe that exceptional services can only make headlines which can then be utilised for marketing. I definitely enjoyed working with the team and will always miss.
ProsBest team
Conslack of tranparency, no growth within hierarchy

Operations Coordinator | Gurgaon, Haryana | 9 May 2014
Good place to work, comfortable workplace, respectable job, but less growth opportunity
The daily schedule includes taking care of in-patients & manage the discharges, complaints, plan of treatment by coordinating with different departments of the hospital. the second part of the schedule include coordination between OPD & procedures, taking care of marketing activities of the department, clinical research & monthly review meetings. Fortis Hospital has defined hierarchy & they work accordingly. we have around 10-12 people of team (including doctors, paramedics, nurses, GDAs) The hardest part of job is to balance between our emotional instinct & management policy. As I have good communication skills I like to interact with different industry people & patients.
ProsRespectable job, good learning opportunity

Highly professional work oriented place
I took up the job in my 50's after having run a business myself. The role assigned was easy , it was a research of the West African Markets right from the socio, economic, demographic, cultural, backgrounds analyzation to the medical expertise and technology provision for the populations of the said countries. It was interesting . The challenge was the limited knowledge of computers . I worked longer number of hours to practice the compilation of the data as I had to put it in a PPT form . Joined a weekend computer course at Aptech. No exaggeration the help extended to me by my colleagues was amazing helping me yet letting me learn and do the things myself. Then came the easy part of communicating with the created contacts.
ProsThe professional attitude

About my last job experience
I find myself versatile I can adjust with mental and emotional health very easily. I start my career as nurse Initially i hate my work and feel regret why I choose this profession. But, when I start working in this field start interacting with patients than I realize how awesome my profession is after I think I should robust my skills in this profession and work hard to fulfill the needs of community. While working I realize drug addiction patients are not getting enough help from medical health they always discriminated because of their addiction so I step forward to continue my profession in addiction because addiction is also a disease people can live healthy life if they get right treatment.
