I'm managing 65 branches across North India. Have also learnt a lot on negotiations part, especially with Land Lords of the office premises and different vendors. I'm taking care of Work Place, Real Estate, Infrastructure Development, Facilities, Security, Administration, Tour & Travels,Vendor Management, Office Management, Cafeteria Management, etc with a team of 20+ executives based out at branhces. This job requires extensive travelling sometimes and I enjoy travelling and meeting with different people.

Quite a place to be with lots of fun with pears and seniors while being productive. good culture and work/life balance
We have a very good work culture in the company. Every one gets along very well with each other , after all its a team work. We used to work hand in hands and there is no boundary of work. The work should not suffer at any cost , that is our policy as a cluster , as a branch and as a company. Along with that we used to go for a lot of fun activities together , sometimes with our families and have a great time as its good to know each other's family when you are working with each other. Over all a fantastic atmosphere and camaraderie all across the people.
Prosfree drinks and parties and outings.
Conslong hours and target achievement.

Quite a decent work place
Day at work would be very productive, since the profile was time bound and various interaction would take place with different department. All be creative and try and always implement new things to keep your clients happy, Management was kind of ok, since have seen change many a times during the tenture. Earlier co-workers were very helpful and very supportive. Designing the contest for the sales team, cause to much of analysis had to happen. Managing the annual convention for the top performers and also managing the Top management conferences.
ProsFree to implement new ideas
ConsWitnessed too much of Change management

Pathetic Management who takes pride in their EGO
Never join as a fresher, not in motor claims team for sure. Middle level management, Higher level management are really hard to bear and work with. Be grounded when you think of pay hikes, coz u dont get much. Unprofessional HR who doesnt understand the problems of employees, they only value the words of the higher management. No learning and development, monotonous work culture which will definitely regress you and your career.
ProsConveyance allowances at the cost of compensating low pays.
ConsPathetic management and HR, No career guidance, Nil learning and development

Aims to be the best in the insurance industry
Learned :- (1) How new policies are formulated with the help of Actuarial and presented into the market with new additional riders to attract people to buy the policies which benefits the buyers and also the insurance company. (2) How the insurance company work, i.e. the money collected by the way of policies invested in equity and debt market according to the prevailing global and Indian market scenario to get much higher returns on the money invested and help the company sustain in the long run. Management: Very good management

PRODUCTIVE AND FUN WORKED PLACE
Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area, Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop.Decent amount of red tape and politics.but this is expected of a big company.
