I was a analyst when I start my career and pushed myself to learn new things like pie chart, calculating team metrics for manager and helping the superior in forecasting the targets and in case of any difficulties in achieving the target for the team. Also, helped superior in time management studies like AHT revision etc. I always believed that in order to grow you need to work as in what is there in the next hierarchy.

Company culture is rubbish and i seriously do not suggest anyone for globallogic it is very bad company. If one can only do fun and enjoyment so in that way company is good but when we talk about work it is pathetic it is rubbish company
