Because of this schedule i used to quit eating on regular intervals and eat when ever i get time as a result i spoiled my health.
The management was so helpful, my Branch Manager used to arrange taxi to drop girls when we had loads of work as the last bus was at 9:45.
ProsDue to work pressure our lunch used to be around 5PM or sometimes we used to quit lunch

The most enjoyable part of the job : We use to generated focus report weekly. Focus is customer feedback where customer rates the over all experience he had on call or the mail (customer was given four options Very good, good, poor, very poor. The scores were calculated on the basis of feedback given by the customer and the same is circulated to the team manager and to credit card skill. When i came to level 2 team the score used to be around 60% to 65%. We started analyzing the week data, why customer has choosen is option Very good, good, poor, very poor?. Very interested data to learn. We used to update the officer's cases who got very good and good, why customer is so happy? and what was the resolution given by the officer. We used to more focus on poor or very poor cases, after analysis of these cases, we used discuss and update the team why poor or very poor feedback has come. What to do to avoid the same and the help that level 2 team can provide to avoid the same.
I must say that it is the most enjoyable part of the job because there so much to learn in this focus part, because for any business customer is God and customer feedback, satisfaction and the resolution to his query means a lot to the officer working on it an to the company.
Through analyzing these poor and very poor cases we came to know that few process changes can be done to make customer very happy and as well our organisation is benefited. We used to send our views, suggestions to Business Developmen
