Working at Ienergizer is moderate, though the facility provided by them is of moderate level, they do not have any medical facility, when once you join them they will not allow you to go out side the company primises.U need to stay in reason what so ever. People are supportive.

Typical day
Going to work at Ienergizer of Texas for the Guild wars 2 campaign was like having a small family. We all got along and helped each other out. We were assigned to a certain amount of emails per day and had other assignments to go in game to track down botters. It was a fun environment to work in even with the management. The hardest part of the job was finding out the campaign wasn't renewed and that we wouldn't be seeing each other daily anymore.

Great experience gained
great experience gained, easy work, nice people, training is not great, great learning experience. It's a laid-back work environment. No incentives just work, no pay raises.

Depend upon productivity and completion of working hours which the team have to achieve by the month end. But over all it is only 9 hours working shift with 1 hours breaks divided into 3 parts respectively.

No work life balance, non-cooperative managers, unnecessary pressure, no appreciation for good work, treat employees like dirt, no HR policies, even if they are there, they are people specific, there is no uniformity to it (for some it's different and for some it's different).
