Poorly managed company with lot of politics and no processes
The digital department is "under-construction" since 3 years and new CPO, CTOs hired recently. If you join this department, you are more likely to work 14-16 hours daily, sometimes on Saturday, Sunday too. Sometimes till 3 Am in the morning. You will work as a shadow resource to senior members of your team who are less competent and lack technical skills. There are huge attrition in this department and lot of technical, product, QA employee resigned every one year. Seniors keep giving more and more work, increase their paychecks and use you, and you feel like demoted.
No process for appraisals, goalsetting, increments etc. When lot of people leave HR shares incentives to all employees to retain.
Bad culture and poorly managed company with your seniors in control of everything.

My one year at Dunkin Donuts & More
My day on the shift starts with a Briefing of the team.
Each & every team member is checked for their grooming.
Daily targets & achievements are shared .
Duties and responsibilities are allocated to the team
The hardest part of the job is when you are at fault which is not even yours & you have to answer & be responsible for the same.
The most enjoyable part is customer orientation, interaction,
target achievement etc.
The co-workers are very supportive, helpful and of funny & friendly nature at the same time.
ProsDiscounted staff meals, short breaks, helpful managemnt
ConsNo fix timing of the shift, same shifts month after month

Good
Waha sab achha h lekin jo management bahut hi kharab h usme Jo Kandi logo ko growth or support dono milte h or jo imandari se job karta h use jyda preshan karte h jaise ki kabhi idhar transfer fak de matlab ki mujhe kabhi pucha hi nahi ki tum waha Jana chahoge ki nahi . MSG ayega sidha ki tumhe waha report karna kal se pata nahi inki wajah se kitne log job chod jate h or kuch 5 6 saal ho gayi ek store me lekin unka aj tak koi transfer hi nahi karta sabse jyada Kandi pata isme Jo upar ke adhikari h unhe dikhata h ki nahi
ProsNot banifit

A typical day at work
It was great working in the organization as a Trainee in Supply Chain Management, where i could learn the integrity of work in various departments like Production Department, Warehouse, Dispatch Unit, Quality Assurance Department and Indent Unit. How these different departments which are a part of Supply Chain Management coordinate with each other for the supply goods and materials to various Domino's Pizza Outlets in the Western Region.

During this 9.5 years I got to know what are the importance of Patience, responsibility, team work, time management, leadership, guest service, operation excellence, PnL etc. Management is employee oriented. helps us with so many carrier development program. team are very much helpful. Got to know about team collaboration. People handling is one of the major challenging part but I love it with this challenge with different conflict.
