Overall its a good place to work and few fun activity also started.
Typical day was when new vendor came to work at site and i don;t have an information from purchase and Engg. head side.
I have learn a lot example:
I got trained on advance construction safety from Pan Asia learning Institute(PALI).
I got trained on Safe Start course.
Regular training s after every 6 months.
How to trained people on safety.
How to manage people at site, how to guide them to that during work they will follow the safe practices.
Hardest part of the job when i worked 26 hours continually during construction shutdown work, because its a process plant and most of the time if new project is completed then we have to hand over it to production and that face to like electrical supply up-gradation, piping work etc.
When we have celebrated 2 million safe man hours, because we have 350 workers on that time for the construction work and after regular 2 years this moment came.
ProsLunch and breakfast provided id overtime then dinner also including transportation.
ConsOh room is there also medical facilities are provided.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liason with client and sub PMC regarding all safety matters
Ensuring that the subcontractors is following the government safety rules and regulations and safe procedure of working is being implemented
Conducting weekly meeting with client
Reviewing the HSE procedure and plans
Issuing non conformance reports if the main contractor is violating the rules and regulations /safe procedures
Check effectiveness of safety management systems of the main contractor is to be ensured which includes proper accident reporting procedure,proper risk assessments being submitted and any kind of works,proper emergency procedure etc.
BOS training implementation & recording
STA training implementation and recording
Reporting to the Director of M+W Group regarding all the safety concerns and initiating new steps to improve the safety culture.
Productive and fun work place. There was work in the field appraising the staff and projects and at the same time working in the office to report to the head office which would in turn send the same to the foreign funding agencies.
Learned how to recruit, train and manage personnel. Learnt to draw a budget which included costs of the project and salaries and benefits.
Managed 20 projects and project holders in Maharashtra,. Gujarat and Goa. Appraised the personnel in the projects twice a year.
The most enjoyable part of the project was to appraise personnel and see people progress in their livelihood.
The hardest part of the job was terminating projects before their cycle due to non compliance
The work place was very hygienic, team mates were also very friendly, hard work paid off in the long run, promotions were achieved and many overseas projects were accomplished when opportunity was given due to a good experience and the company grew with a very fast moving pace due to the work ethics that helped in making a great change.
IWS was very challenging situation as it had to be parallely managed by staying longer hours to make it happen and make it a reality with different manufacturers machinery.
Celebrations were always the part of any success which really kept the team motivated at all times.

This was a great work and a new experience for a field and a great chance to get improvement in those life and to get target for convance that they why use thise napkins .For those girls it is a very big think and they not want to talk about on this topics for thier system

the hardest part of the job arise when everythig is going wrong in company and you have less time to check it

hi i have a good experience with some typical people in P&G company.There what i see is every one is doing there work as they want no one can follow the rules in market area and this is because management does not see what executives are doing in market they all are alert only when some one came to the company for inspection after all they r waste and they are not paying as the salary at time and number of conditions on insentives.And the wrost thing i can face is that u has to be on time to the field but you never go home at time this is the risiculous thig in this organisation which directly effect on your health.
