Best Place to work
People always aim to work in big companies. Not all big companies are a great place to work. But there are only a few. I feel that my company is really a great place to work. My company's hallmark don’t always revolve around perks and luxuries. It’s not all about the bonuses. We employees feel happy for being respected by our bosses, confident in our job and valued for our expertise. Every employee in our company are accepted for the person who they are which created an easy and inexpensive way to create happy employees. One big aspect that has increased Job satisfaction is the work flexibility. My company offers numerous opportunities to publicize great efforts of colleagues. It provides recognition for extraordinary performance and motivates others to follow example, and best practices that help others succeed. My company's workplace is built through the day-to-day relationships that employees experience. We employees believe that we work for great organizations and we consistently ·TRUST the people we work for.

not worth it.
management is utterly useless and has made it a point to cut costs by exploiting the riders on all corners.iam sharing some of the problems that i faced
1.distance difference between 2 to 3kms per ride in google maps compared to what swiggy shows (they deliberately do this to avoid paying more)
2.unnecessary deductions-the management is worthless they just deduct without proper reasons and never responds back when you try to explain.
3.health takes a toll .
4.because of reason 1 you get paid less compared to the amount of work that you do and total kms you run, sometimes it exceeds 170km per day.
5.only did it out of desperation not going to continue ever.its not worth it.
6.zone-you are usually assigned a zone but you get orders which are to be delivered outside of your zone area ,which means if the order is of 10kms outside your zone area , you have to return to your zone to get orders.(no return to zone pay) so in short you travel more but for less pay.

Hard working job
When i just heard about swiggy i thought it was a wonderfull job.. Then i was join by my freind about 1 weak ago.. When i arrived on swiggy office in our area agartala, tripura the manager and some swiggy staff welcome me with honest and said for sit.. We start to discuss about swiggy and they told us its very wonder and secure and helpfull job dont worry salary about 15000 to 16000.so i was happy about salary...than i gave him my document for submitting form and also 600 ruppes paid for 2 tshirt and 1 bag..after all finished i start my duty after next day and my 1st day i get 20 delivered total earning in 1st day 300...thats my gotted maximum delivery.so whats mean 300 per day and 9000 per month...its not the salary what they told in joining date.... So swiggy please have a look after this.. I saw and heard many delivery boy on swiggy about problem with salary... And more than going resign from swiggy...

very good place for first job

Foodie's Heaven! Workaholics' too.
Swiggy happened at a very early stage of my career. I was the first intern to join the company. The place is full of energy. That is the reason I like working with start-ups. It is always full of energy, there is always a need of idea and the best part is that, people actually give an ear to what you have to say even if you are just an intern. The best part was those beer nights where we gulped and drank like thirsty crows because the bill was on the company's expense list. It was pretty neat! I miss you, Swiggy!

There's a lot to write about swiggy. It's one of the fastest growing startups in India and I feel privileged to be a part of it. Initially when I joined I never wanted to work for a food delivery co, but now, everyone craves to work for Swiggy. I am working here past 3 yrs, have seen Swiggy growing. As the company grows, so the employees too grow, I joined as an agent, but now I'm Quality analyst ATL.I feel happy coming to work every single day. As the company expands, I got an opportunity to train people out of the city and visit other offices.

Fun work place. Suitable for college students and time pass people
Though Swiggy is a big company, can't earn enough to make a decent living standards. No response from the management team for workers plight. Payouts are poor and sometimes there's chance of getting loss for delivering certain long distance customers place. The only advantage is that you will have lots of free time without orders, so you can do other part time work if necessary. Phone number of Swiggy hub will always be engaged to report any problems or issues.

A startup which gives you freedom to think and execute, amazing work culture
Swiggy is a company which every recent college passout should join to open up their mind, I must say Swiggy gave me immense freedom to think on all spheres where my job role was concerned. My manager always gave us priority and always gave an opportunity to keep our suggestions forward. We were 4 members working as a team and the bonding between was amazing where we used to work like best friends.
