Great pay and benefits but some office politics
I enjoyed my working period in Samsung. As I have spent more than 7 year of my life there so it unforgettable part of my life. But due to some people's office politics, they give unnecessary stress in their junior and coworker life. Other wise I have lots of happy movement of life with this great company.

Great oversight on industry
You get a Birdseye view of entire consumer electronics ecosystem, liason with multiple stakeholders, travel a lot and get to work with some of the most detailed operations and Financials process setup.
Worklife balalnce can be slightly challenging to strike. Overall a good place to learn.

Think twice before joining
The company isn't known for being friendly with the employees. The managers would expect so many things from their subordinates and even from new hires. No proper onboarding is provided for the new hires as well.
I wouldn't recommend this company for experienced candidates.

Productive and fun workplace with amazing people

Okay Experience
Worked as a summer intern. The place is micro-managed by the Koreans. Okay place to work but the work is repetitive and may become monotonous soon. Would advice people to look for better opportunities.

La empresa Samsung es muy buena pero te contratan por agencia y jamás te contratan directamente
La empresa es muy buena, se trabaja de lunes a viernes y existe la modalidad Home Office
Lo malo es que te contratan por agencias y jamás te contrata la empresa directamente y la agencia que esta actualmente piden tiempo extra sin pagarlo y quieren aplicarte el Tiempo por tiempo, no contratan suficiente personal y quieren que 1 o 2 personas realicen un proceso que mínimo deben llevar 4 personas, constantemente la agencia te dice que te van a correr sino apoyas a tiempo extra sin pagarlo, en fin.

ConsContratan por agencias y la agencia actual no paga lo justo ni tiempo extra con djnero, no hay opción a contarto directo por Samsung

Bad experience i ever had with Samsung Singapore RHQ Office
for Non-Korean, do consider if you want to join, they can pay you higher, but it is not a good workplace, is a toxic cultures.
if you hire as a manager, you can only follow Korean BM instructions, no other ideas will accept (don't think that you can always change the culture, it is not possible). If you do not follow instructions, or talented than them, or they don’t like you, they can find a lot of excuses to get rid of you and also your team, be careful!
Employer branding, Inclusion and Cultures Diversity only as a show, nothing will happen.
Hybrid work as job posted, don’t be happy so early. Only 1 day per week to apply WFH, this will be subjected to management approval.

Fun colleague but poor management
It’s been a long dream of mine to work for Samsung. The first few months it was an amazing experience, mixing my hobby and my work. My colleagues where very friendly and fun.
Things went sideways when a new manager came into place and made the job very stressful, depressing and ultimately made me quit because there was no progression system and no reward system

Empresa gigante, entretanto pequena.
Trabalhei como temporário.
Durante a integração disseram que havia a possibilidade de efetivação. Mas, na prática não foi o que ocorreu. Não deram nem a oportunidade de completar 9 meses. É temporário entrando e saindo a toda semana. O salário é baixo para o porte da empresa e os benefícios para temporário são mínimos. Pontos positivos, fretado e alimentação no local e a oportunidade de concorrer a prêmios.
