We can learn our core subject more since the syllabus is techno.
Its is usually 8.10am to 4.30pm work time. However, sometimes we may have to stay back for a meeting which will not take much time. No extra classes for teachers or students on Sundays. The management is very supportive of our progress in the job, and encourages to take higher classes if we are interested. The dress code may vary from branch to branch, as of my branch we wear salwar suits with thuppata pinned on either side, and sarees on special occasions. The hardest part of the job is sometimes the work load may seem too much to handle, but still manageable. Other than that we will have to complete CBSE, as well as techno portions through out the academic year, which is very educational for us, but sometimes tiring. The most enjoyable part is, of course, the kids, and the team of teachers, as years passes they are more of a family who works for the future of the little human beings.
ProsSalary, Knowledge, good working atmosphere
ConsSudden meetings

Good place to work
Working in Sri Chaitanya was quite new to me because I was not that experienced and I did not know much about the ICSE syllabus being only a six-month experience in teaching only in Soft Skills but I had no idea in teaching ICSE curriculum and lesson plan. My first class was X ICSE and I had to teach AS YOU LIKE IT in Shakesperean English. I had to go through a lot of obstacles and fully gave 100% results in X ICSE. They organize every year a monthly workshop for teachers where they can improve their skills in teaching and its methodology. The hardest part of the job is time long hours of work and more importance is given to the Techno syllabus. Every year Principal changes.
ProsNothing
ConsLong hours

fun going
the day starts with all the staff coming to me to sign in the particular Registers. i have learned how to mingle with one another, how to respect others and myself. not only that but i also learned how to behave with people of different attitudes.... Coming to the management,to be frank,i don't like it... its because, there are so many reasons like about the people working there, the infrastructure, and many...... Coming to my co-workers...i never bothered about them, just i look after my work....this is because their mind-set is different and i cant match them...but i was very friendly with them some times when they try to be with me.... I never thought the job as the hardest...this is because i love mu job, whatever it may be....

Less important to the teachers
The salary is very less the workload is very high for the teacher that doesn’t recognise the teacher for their work and doesn’t respect the teachers for their work just they need to do work a lot that’s it. In this pandemic time they doesn’t provide us full salary for the teachers they just reject few teachers those were doing activities work like PT art computer they rejected the teachers just like that and they doesn’t provide even a half salary for that kind of teachers
ConsYou are have to verify your structure of a job and then only you have to committed to work there

working at Kavali, nellore district, andhra pradesh
sri chaitanya techno schools are corporate under nexgen educational society . In andhra pradesh 230 schools were present and imparting IIT programme in school level itself. The hardest part of the job is timing from morning 8 am to 8pm every day and weekly 6days working even some times sundays too and least salaries. The enjoyble part of the job is reputation and teacher friendly programme and kind enough management.
Prosno benefits except Employee provident fund
Cons8 am to 8 pm

Good place to hone your subject akills
I personally think that working in Chaitanya school is not that strenuous when compared to other IIT Olympiad schools as the number of teaching hours is absolutely manageable and tolerable. When it comes to compensation. it is not as lucrative as some of the other IIT foundations . But those who wish to hone their subject related skills can very well give a year or two to Chaitanya Techno school.
ProsTolerable teaching houra
ConsLow compensation

The workplace is challenging and also learning while teaching.
The days when I have to attend for workshops are typical days. Gained knowledge in Abacus. Management is supportive. Colleagues are helpful in deed. The syllabus was lagging when I joined and I had to finish it off within the given time period that was the hardest part of my role. When there was an outing with all the teachers. Also some other activities conducted at school.
Pros.
ConsLong journey from my living place.
