Good very good company to work for as the practises are fair and competitive.I would seriously refer someone for the job. Management is good and even th bosses are good
Tata aia gives pay out not salary. Since insurance sector has become competitive, getting business has become difficult thereby pay out remains stagnant.
Recruiters are cheater
Recruiters here are cheater. At the time of interview they only try to explain about the work, much focus on commission. At that time they'll convince u to join & pay them around ₹1500 as exam fees. They'll hire u for some position & they'll make u work as a life planner(agent) of the company to make policies,but this will never be mentioned at the time of interview. If u'll question about this, they simply ignore & try to prove u wrong.
