Productive and fun workplace with strong culture
I work as a Premium Business Associate at a Life Insurance Company.I go to work by my own vehicle.It's a ten-minute drive from home to get to my work place.I work five days a week from nine in the morning till till 7 at night.Sunday is my day off.I work full time.I have a short break for lunch at noon.I have lunch at my desk.
I have developed strong mediation skills and the ability to manage interpersonal interactions, including dealing with resistance and emotion and ethical concerns.
My co-workers are very good to me both at work and also outside the work.
The most difficult task is to motivate and manage employess to get something planned and completed on time and within the budget.
This is a particularly difficult question for me as I genuinely do enjoy every aspect of my job. I love the dynamic environment that I work in and the fantastic people that I work with. I gain lots of job satisfaction from finding new ways to make efficiency savings, whether that be from improving and streamlining some resource planning processes or creating a new shift pattern that not only provides optimum staffing levels to meet requirements but also gives agents a better work-life balance. However, the best part of my job had to be working with and developing my team.

Everyday is new day and challenging day, Even in the stress how to work in the challenged environment learned from management with work-Life balance mode, Team meeting is essential part with co-workers everyday , Motivating the co-worker with every stage rewarding for best work, Actively participate with the management for development of the new training module, quiz , rewarding, contest.. proactive planner with dexterity in identifying & adopting emerging trends & addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms.Initiating methods towards improving employee morale and overall performance through involvement and monitoring of staff activities. Every day is a learning experience as in training i meet different people from all spheres of life.Most of the time i engaged in delivering the knowledge and towards end of the day will be a self learning and preparation for the next day.Some data management and administrative works in the late evening.
People management and effective communication skills are the two great learning I had.
Co workers are very much encouraging.But couldn't find a bonding among the workers.
The hardest part is that too many responsibilities on one head with out providing adequate input.
Training delivery is a kind of satisfaction.making people understand and convince them on several concepts give me a real enriching part of the job.

3 crores of Budget has to be achieved by guiding and motivating the team. I have to make sure the channel partners payments are credited on time.
1). In my current profile i have to meet multiple departments like IOCL DO&SO to get the Authorization letters to start our operations in their outlets, to meet them i have to wait in their office for 3 to 4 hours even after taking prior appointment.
2). I have to be very patience while discussing with them to answer their queries.
3). The hardest part of the job is to take permission from the outlet owner by showing the letter issued by IOCL. Most of the outlets owned by politicians and they will not care about these letters. I have to convince them and get the permission to start our operations on their outlets.
4). Being a sales person i enjoy convincing people then only i will understand my strengths.
Achieved the targets by consistently motivating them to procure business and to keep them active.
Won award three times for various achievements in 2010-2011 (Best team coordinator/ Sales Growth/ Brand Development).
In 2009-10, I have made qualified the convention of 3 Advisors. One had already sent to Dubai and other two will be going Pataya
I have developed Karoli Branch in the same period. Moreover, I have developed 1 PBA and 4 are expecting in the coming future.
I have won two awards: One for meritorious performance in the area of QTR-2
Achievement (1459) duringQTR-2(2009) and
Second for outstanding performance in the area of Jeevan Lakshya Star Performer during 30th and 31st July, 2009

As Sales Training Manger i had responsibility of getting License as "Life Insurance Advisors" by giving class training on basic of Life insurance and training them to clear License Examination conducted IRDA India to new grass foot sales force of the company, as well was responsible for generation the business in terms of new policy sales and premium collection of 90000/- INR per new advisor of the allotted branch to me, and i am glad to say was at 100% target till the recruitment tenure with the company
