The Hardest part of my job was when I got a appournity to establised new project of company at Haridwar were I have to complete all the Compliance realted job during establised of a new company it was a new experience and hard job for me.
But I am grateful to my senior who give me a chance to make my career growth. Were I show my strength, Hard working, knowledge & communication skills to meet new people.

The day used to be very normal,somedays like friday,sat and sunday used to be hectice alot of clients come for therapies and even for diet. Have to manage their files entry,ask them their diet pattern along that attend phone calls regarding appointments,maintain records of their weight,remove files from the slots.The managment is good,sometimes i am the one who has to lookout for everything as my work timming is 6:30-2:30,but when seniors are available they manages every single thing.The hardest part about the job is nothing,even if its hard i made it easier.Yes there's hectic days and pressure but it only affects us if we take it really hard on us,but i didnt.The most enjoyable part of the job is my colleagues,they all are really friendly and someone who understands including my seniors and managers and thats the best part of my place.My expierence is really good.
A typical day at work :
One day there was no electricity in club for more than 4 hours so everyone felt very wieard without AC and music.
What you learned :
I learned professionalism! means.. be on time at work, be responsible toward work and be faithfull towards members :)
Management was very active to get new members and at the same time they were and still are capable to keep the existing people.

from 7 am till 9 am & 18:00 till 20:30 gym become very happening! so that is the enjoyable part for me coz on these timings i see many motivated and dedicated people.

Day started with meeting with institute head,proceed with 3 hrs session on lectures on cosmetology or skin treatment practicals.
Second half with a fresh batch doing lectures and practicals on Skin theory, types, analysis, meni -pedi , waxing procedures,electrotherapy and practicals.
Conducting mock exams and revision before actual examination of cosmetology where students were assessed on their theory knowledge as well as practical skills in the field.

Working with VLCC for long two and half year was a good experience. worked as a dietitian and it was a nice feeling to come across varierty of people
My day at VLCC would start at 10:30 hr and go till 17:30 hr. The work was basically to deal with body weight loss and dietcounselling, motivation, lifestyle counselling. Apart from these there was document updation on the computer and document management for the referance of the department. It was also a sales job, at times had to handle admin department too. Overall it was a great experience got to learn many different things.

During at work I need to be flexible and multi-tasking. My duty starts with fixing products to be used to my first clients i wanna make sure that all the tools are clean and sterilized lit candle and start with the first client. I learned a lot from this company they have built me from the start trained for more than 5 years with our own product plus international products such as Reviderm from Skintelligence, Ericson, Neo Derma, Mesoesthetic eg Cosmelan anti pigmentation treatment, Sorisa, etc. And adding with machines such as diamond peel microdermabrasion, electroporation, radio frequency, untrasound machine, galvanic, high frequency, and so on. Management is fine towards me because i always work by heart and i always have a good relationship with all my colleagues. the hardest part of the job is the miscommunication regarding time and it always happen from the reception who gives appointment. The part that i love most in job is giving my client the satisfaction.

Every day seemed an important day at work because I had to deal with various types of people with different cultural backgrounds and with a different life styles. Dealing with clients whose weight is stuck up was the most difficult task, but spending time with them and emphasizing the do's and the don'ts made a lot of difference.
When clients don't lose weight I be a good listener, listening to the queries,and give them full support and confidence that they can achieve their goals.

The most enjoyable days are when we have events organized for our clients on different medical conditions. We serve them with healthy snacks and beverages, which are prepared by us.

Rest of the week goes delivering the product,working towards the weekly targets,answering emails and calls friom corporate.My roles involves extensive management responsibilities and staying organized is not an option.
