Not good it's a desi company any management person will come amd scream to remove hos stress.
It's a desi company any management person will come and scream to remove his stress. Expectations is too high if you start your work 9:30 AM till night 11:00 PM also it won't complete because requirements are more and employee in one in plant to take care is 1 person.Forget your personnel and family life no Sundays no holidays just work and no shift as working employee have crunch Moreover they recruit there own relatives due to that it affects another where reference relative will never work and management person will still take care him as he will be his either boss son or some relative. Working culture is worst, never seen this kind of worst culture, IT Employee have to report Finance Manager, IT is for name sake actual higher management is also back from finance so they expect IT person to take care of accounts GST where it's not part of IT person.

Hectic Work Place with 12 Hour Shift
i handled full shift over there, i am working as a line engineer, I will make their full schedule from starting a product to the end including labour raw material maintenance break down during production, maintaining excellent quality. i learned lots of management from there. the hardest part of my job that i have 6 month full 12 hour shift without any holiday, even they don't give leave on sunday too. the most enjoyable part is that i can drink as much cold drink i want, i learned lots mechanical things how to tackle the break down , how we will go for maintenance and better trouble shooting

Cons12 hour shift no holiday on Sunday, when you will change your shift then you have to work 24 hours

Productive and good experience
It was really a very hard working days but overall I get chance to learn so much of productive knowledge that how there SCM part is working. Its very much effective knowledge for me that how they are using push and pull strategy into there distribution network for there product. How they matching there demand and supply into distribution as well as in market.My co-workers is so good at that time when i was there in distribution channels. Seniors helping me so much to learn about there market conditions and channels. Most Important part of my job are:- Push and Pull strategy. Zero culture and ethics
This company will give you a hard time. From getting overworked to not getting any compensation this company will drain the life out of you. Sometimes you have to do 3 shift in continuity and you won't be able to take leaves for extra work you have done. Management is very useless and is seriously incapable of handling things. Abusive behaviour of higher staff. Very low salaries and harassment. Higher management is not qualified to their jobs in efficient manner.

During our visit its a typical day for us. and working on hot tempreture. i learned how to work with distributors means channel sales specialy for FMCG FIELD. MANAGEMENT IS VERY STRICT THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY. My co- workers is very experienced and on working on the same post from lat 15-20 years from company, there is a gap amongst us. No job security. Performing well during the precious time.

No proper process
There is not proper process they will change based on the requirement and old employees are more in VBL so they talk very rude, when there is no process, users jump to there own interest and even Senior guys work based on there own interest due to that lot of escalation will happen for plant IT, no Ticket system is there they work on phone / email no ticket system is opted or introduced.

generally the company was good and we have to do night shift .i have learn how to operate robot and functioning its feature such as sensor etc.But i want to learn lot of new thing so i need a better job where i can get lot new thing to learn .Place of company was good and management too and friends. I had never found any problem or any hard time.i have enjoy my work with sincerely. .

exceptional working enviroment
On a typical day making management reports first thing in the morning to help management plan for the day in term of and other requirements. I have learned how to prepare management reports such vehicle running expenses report, fuel consumption report, machine running expense report and forklift running expense etc. My co-workers are very cooperative and helpful team. The hardest part of my job is only communication with my Indian co-worker due to language barrier. The most enjoyable part of my job is when making reports and my boss is happy with it

Pathetic work culture.
Full of insecurity. Full time internal politics. No respect for employees. No professional growth. No professional training. Full of stress. People decided in Different groups of different HODs ... Basically it's a family business model but now owners have no concern with the work culture quality work etc... They are driven by top 3-4 people. That's it. Thanks
