I am a software developer at Zensar, and it’s been a good experience so far. Zensar technology has good projects, and I am currently working on cloud-based projects. Zensar always promotes innovation and currently we are developing software that can bring solutions to many issues in different fields of work. We are given regular training on the latest technologies and how to implement them on our projects. We have good onsite opportunities to learn new things, get team knowledge and gain technical expertise while working at Zensar. Zensar has flexibility at work and the option to choose WFH. The campus is calm and peaceful with a good canteen. We are not given any excess workload and are not forced to work on weekends. Zensar’s work culture is to be appreciated and good cultural events are organized here in the company. I am a current employee at Zensar, and my experience so far has been good. I could learn many things from my colleagues, and we have the freedom to share the challenges, we are facing to our managers. The company cared the employees during the pandemic, and we were offered the work from home facility. Our efforts are valued, and decent remuneration package is being provided. Company is fast to address any complaints from employees’ part. Zensar has a positive work culture and I like to participate in the cultural events held occasionally. People from different parts of the country are working at Zensar and we can experience our diversity in my office. I faced some challenges at the beginning, but those are sorted now. I also like our cafeteria now, as food menu and quality have been improved since last couple of years. Zensar is a good place for learning and growth opportunities.

IT department sucks and unable to fit into company culture
People for the most part were friendly. However the culture of the company very much matches the country it is based in (india) which means if you are not of that culture it is very difficult to fit in and you feel like an outsider being the only white english person in the office.
Not a very good environment for Neurodivergent employees.
Having been in many different IT positions at different companies over the years and seeing different ways of doing IT and using technologies I can say that the IT department at zensar make terrible use of technologies and do everything in the most akward roundabout way possible.
I worked as a part time employee and it was almost impossible to get tickets and work that I was unable to complete due to my hours assigned to other technicians and when I was not there or was on annual leave the UK IT department pretty much grinded to a halt since my workload was not re-assigned. Quite often came back from leave finding out that all my work that I requested to be re-assigned was still sitting there waiting. Users were understandably frustrated with IT department. On the whole I felt very unsupported by my department and colleagues within said department.
Everything is a bureaucratic nightmare, I would often make suggestions (such as changing the model laptop that is issued to users as standard since users complained about overheating with these models) and it got a straight up no from management, no discussion or anything so I felt like my
