Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in buying term & health insurance plans
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies
- Resolve queries and provide excellent customer support
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales/BPO/Insurance experience preferred
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach
