Core Responsibilities
- Instruction: Teach foundational and advanced dance techniques across styles (e.g., classical, Bollywood, hip-hop, or contemporary) while ensuring safe warm-up and cool-down practices.
- Lesson Planning: Create structured, engaging lesson plans that match the students' abilities and developmental goals.
- Choreography: Develop original and innovative routines for recitals, competitions, school assemblies, and stage performances.
- Student Assessment: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer personalized guidance to help dancers overcome technical challenges.
- Event Management: Coordinate rehearsals, manage props/costumes, and prepare students for exams or cultural events.
- On-Campus Housing: Food is provided through the campus faculty mess.
