Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and overall HR operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting organizational goals and employee engagement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage separation processes.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labor records.
- Support audits and compliance inspections.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance review schedules.
- Support training and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
