About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Freelance Document Submission Staff to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all necessary documents are submitted and tracked on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Submission Coordination:
- Submit documents to Educational institutions including Universities, colleges, and boards.
- Track submission statuses and follow-ups.
Communication:
- Communicate with Universities, colleges, and regulatory bodies to clarify submission requirements and statuses.
- Provide updates on submission progress and any issues that arise.
Benefits:
- Commission based: Per submission
- Travel expenses reimbursement. i.e. Petrol expenses allowances provided.
