What You'll Be Responsible For
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries
- Process vendor invoices and payment records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tracking
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
- Assist with monthly closing activities
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
- Track revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability
- Support management with operational and financial insights
- Maintain MIS reports and Excel-based dashboards
Clinic & Retail Operations Support
- Reconcile service billing and product sales
- Monitor inventory-related transactions and stock movements
- Coordinate with clinic, operations, procurement, and store teams
- Verify sales, collections, and payment records
Compliance Support
- Prepare accounting records and schedules for GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant and external consultants
- Ensure accounting records remain accurate and audit-ready
Technology & Systems
- Work with Tally, Excel, POS systems, inventory software, and other business applications
- Support implementation and improvement of operational processes
- Learn and adapt to new systems as the organization grows
What We're Looking For
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals and practical exposure may also apply
- Working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
