We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Blocks Manufacturing Factory. The new factory is in commisioning stage now. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in AAC block production processes, including raw material handling, mixing, casting, curing, and quality control. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Additionally, you will lead and supervise a team of production staff to achieve production targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Oversee and manage the entire AAC block manufacturing process from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that AAC blocks meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, processes, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions and preventive measures to maintain product quality.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Delegate tasks effectively, assign responsibilities, and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Promote teamwork, morale, and a positive work environment to maximize employee engagement and productivity.
- Inventory and Resource Management:
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, equipment, and finished goods to support production requirements and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and efficient transportation of finished products.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to minimize waste and reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental regulations, and safety standards governing AAC block manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety training programs to mitigate workplace hazards and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate accidents or incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate records to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AAC block manufacturing or related industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of AAC block production processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and achieving production targets.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
