Position: Marketing Executive / Marketing Person
Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Person to promote our products, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and market company products/services to potential customers.
- Visit clients and maintain good business relationships.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify customer needs.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing.
- Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
Qualification:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
