Designation: Talent Acquisition Specialist

He/She will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manager the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
- Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the offer acceptance process and coordinate pre-employment activities.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in recruitment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of positions, including hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS)
