Job Overview
We are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch coordination, and warehouse activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the e-commerce industry and be capable of ensuring smooth order processing and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory across e-commerce platforms and warehouse locations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Process and track customer orders from various online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate dispatch activities and shipment tracking.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Handle order updates, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Maintain records of inventory movement and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics providers.
- Generate operational reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Support smooth execution of daily e-commerce operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management and order processing.
- Knowledge of dispatch management and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in an e-commerce company is mandatory.
- Understanding of logistics, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
