Position : Diploma Engineer
Experience : Freshers / If experienced, 6 months to 5 Years of experience is required
Education : Any Diploma Engineering in Mechanical, E&I, Mechatronics, Chemical, Paint Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&C. Please note only Diploma Engineers may apply, candidates perusing B.Tech / Graduation / PG will not be eligible. Applicants must have 60% marks throughout the career.
Age : Upto 24 Years Maximum.
Gender : Both (Female Preferred)
Industry : Chemical/Paint Manufacturing. Any candidates from Chemical/Paint/Pigment/Fertilizer/Petrochemical/Pharmaceuticals/FMCG/Food/Beverage or any other related Industries will be preferred in case of Experienced Resources.
Location : Panagarh Plant, West Benagal
CTC : Negotiable.
Roles : Production, Quality, Material, Packaging.
Production
- He/She will be handling process equipment (Reactor, Centrifuge, Milling equipment, Heat exchangers, distillation column etc).
- DCS/SCADA/HMI/PLC.
- Work related to the production of paints.
Quality
- He / She will be handling Raw Material in testing
- Packing material
- finishing good testing
- Willing to take additional responsibilities from time to time
Material - Store/Warehouse
- SAP, ASRS, Pneumatic conveying
- He/She will be handling Raw Material in warding
- Packing material GRN
- Liquid RM unloading
- Dispatch and gate operation
- Willing to take additional responsibilities from time to time
Packaging Machine Operator
- He/ She will be handling packaging industries or equipment.
- CLRI, my machine my responsibility exposure, TPM(Total Preventive Maintenence).
- Machine troubleshooting experience.
- EMS, conveyors operation.
- SCADA, DCS or PLC.
- Filling Machines (Serac, Devree, Orbit pack, cadetronics).
