We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pharmacist Store Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our pharmacy store operations. You will ensure exceptional customer service, patient safety, and adherence to all regulations. You will play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment for your team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee other staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and insurance claims.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
- Contribute to the profitability of the store by meeting sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the pharmacy.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist in India (B.Pharm or D.Pharm)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting (preferred)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in pharmacy software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: INR 10,000 to INR 18,000 per month (depending on experience)
