Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads received from:
- Google
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Justdial
- Other online platforms
- Call customers promptly and explain our services professionally.
- Convince and engage customers to generate business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the respective branch team based on the customer's location (e.g., Assam or Siliguri) and transfer qualified leads.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through polite and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Hindi and Assamese (speaking proficiency is mandatory).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Patience and a customer-friendly attitude are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with customers.
- Basic knowledge of social media and online lead handling will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different branch teams.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, and CRM systems are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
