Position: Senior Graphic Designer
Overview: We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of event design projects, contributing to the overall creative vision of our organization. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creation of visually compelling designs across print and digital media, while working closely with the design team and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of high-quality 2D designs for corporate event projects, including set designs, posters, invitations, and branding assets for both print and digital media.
- Collaborate with the design team and project stakeholders to develop concepts and visual treatments that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of design projects from conceptualization through final delivery, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the creative process.
- Utilize design software such as Corel Draw and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute design projects effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and present design options.
- Maintain well-organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring smooth workflow and accessibility for team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in event or marketing design.
- Strong proficiency in Corel Draw and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design across different media (print, digital, branding, etc.).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
