About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and result-oriented individuals who are interested in lead generation, market research, and business development. As a Lead Generation Specialist (Trainee), you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential customers, build prospect databases, and support revenue growth initiatives in the SaaS and IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries and markets.
- Generate, validate, and maintain contact details of decision-makers.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other research tools for prospecting.
- Build and manage lead databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Interest in B2B sales, SaaS products, and business development.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Freshers with a willingness to build a career in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
