Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Learning & Development
Location: Gurugram (Corporate Office)
CTC: ₹4.5 – 6.5 LPA
Role Purpose
Drive learning and capability-building initiatives for store and corporate teams through training delivery, induction, LMS management, assessments, content development, and employee development programs.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct induction, classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
✔ Deliver training on sales, customer service, retail operations, SOPs, leadership, and behavioral skills.
✔ Manage development programs, certifications, academies, and capability-building initiatives.
✔ Administer LMS, learner journeys, course completion tracking, and training reports (Playablo experience preferred).
✔ Design and execute assessments, quizzes, certifications, and capability evaluations (Xobin experience preferred).
✔ Develop training content, SOP modules, presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, and digital learning materials.
✔ Leverage AI tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, and NotebookLM to enhance learning effectiveness and productivity.
✔ Maintain training MIS, dashboards, calendars, attendance, and feedback reports.
✔ Partner with HR and Operations teams to identify capability gaps and implement learning solutions.
✔ Travel to stores, as required, to support training implementation and business readiness.
Eligibility
✔ 4–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Retail Training, or Capability Building.
✔ Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Service industry preferred.
✔ Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
