Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US IT Staffing. The primary responsibility of this role is to bring new clients, Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, MSPs, and Implementation Partners to the organization and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have an established network and a proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and acquire new Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, MSPs, and Implementation Partners.
Generate new business opportunities and staffing requirements for the company.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's client portfolio.
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills :
4+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
Proven success in bringing new clients and generating staffing business.
Strong network of Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, MSPs, and Implementation Partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing industry and hiring processes.
