Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production activities
- Monitor fabrication and welding quality
- Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Manage machines, tools, and manpower effectively
- Ensure safety and compliance on the shop floor
- Coordinate with stores, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain production reports and meet delivery timelines
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of fabrication and welding processes
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Understanding of safety practices
- Good communication and team handling skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
