Role - Business Development Executive
Experience - 1 - 3 year
Location - Remote ( WFH)
CTC - 1.80 LPA - 3 LPA + Incentives ( 2%per lead conversion)
Role & Responsibilities include:
- Use your experience with staff augmentation to help us grow.
- Create and follow a business development plan for your area.
- Connect and keep in touch with potential leads and partners.
- Improve our LinkedIn profile to showcase our brand and services.
- Send personalized connection requests and start conversations with potential clients.
- Write engaging messages about our IT services.
- Work with our marketing team to make sure lead generation matches our business goals.
Must have:
1. Prior knowledge to generate leads on LinkedIn.
2. Good communication.
3. Negotiation Skills
Good to have:
1. Proven presentation.
2. Interpersonal skills.
