About the Role
Kevasiya is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury gift store in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing store operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the luxury retail store.
- Ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer.
- Build strong relationships with walk-in customers and corporate clients.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable luxury gifts and products.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Supervise inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Handle billing, cash management, and store reports.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and store performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in luxury retail, gifting, lifestyle, fashion, or premium brands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing/POS systems.
- Ability to handle high-value customers with professionalism and discretion.
