Job Title: Freight Broker (US Logistics) Location: Mohali / Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based / Hybrid --- Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced (minimum 6 months) Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipper relationships, booking loads, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth transportation operations in the US market. --- Key Responsibilities: Source and book loads from shippers and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers Negotiate freight rates with carriers to maximize profit margins Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and resolve any transit issues Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients Manage documentation including rate confirmations, PODs, and invoices Ensure compliance with all US freight regulations --- Requirements: Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in US Freight Brokering Strong knowledge of OTR, FTL, LTL, Drayage, and Dispatching Hands-on experience with load boards like DAT / Truckstop Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in night shift (US timings) Self-motivated and target-driven mindset --- Preferred Skills: Existing shipper or carrier network (plus point) Experience in cold calling and lead generation Knowledge of freight documentation & invoicing --- Compensation & Benefits: Attractive commission structure (High earning potential ) Performance-based incentives Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling company Flexible work environment (for remote candidates) --- Shift Timing: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) --- How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply directly on Indeed or share their resume at: [email protected]
