Front Desk Executive
Location: RR Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
We are looking for a professional, customer-friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to join our studio team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for handling inquiries, bookings, calls, and daily front office operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome customers visiting the studio.
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Explain studio services, packages, and pricing to customers.
- Manage customer appointments and booking schedules.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors regarding bookings.
- Maintain customer records and project details.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, deliveries, and bookings.
- Handle call forwarding and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in billing, receipts, and basic office administration.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage daily studio operations.
- Well-organized, responsible, and punctual.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service or front office roles.
- Knowledge of photography studio operations is an advantage.
- Experience handling calls, bookings, and customer follow-ups.
- Basic billing and record maintenance knowledge.

Freshers
- ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
1–2 Years Experience
- ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Recommended Salary Range
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
