Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads. The SEO Expert will work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure best SEO practices are applied across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and website performance bottlenecks.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized content.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Develop local SEO strategies to improve local search visibility.
- Optimize websites for mobile usability and Core Web Vitals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
- Understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and page speed optimization.
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for eCommerce websites.
