Job Title: Telecaller
Cold Email & Lead Generation Location: Noida Sector 63, H Block Experience: 0–1 years Employment Type: Full-time (2nd & 4th Saturday off) Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller to support our sales team through cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persistent in follow-ups, and comfortable reaching out to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments Send personalized cold emails to prospects and follow up regularly Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools) Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team Track responses, conversions, and report performance metrics Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English + local language if needed) Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and outreach strategies Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or email marketing (Freshers are also welcome) Experience in B2B lead generation is an advantage Basic knowledge of MS Excel Performance Metrics: Number of calls/emails per day Qualified leads generate
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
