Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and official correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and expense reporting.
- Assist in project coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage office communications and act as a point of contact between executives and employees.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
