Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Design and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Create and manage Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Plugins.
- Integrate CRM applications with external systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support project delivery activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Banking Domain Experience (Mandatory for Senior Profiles)
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Module.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
