Job Title: Customer Delight Manager – Spectra Solar
Job Summary
Spectra Solar is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Delight Manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the solar project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth project execution, timely communication, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships and enhancing the company's brand reputation through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from project confirmation to commissioning and handover.
- Provide regular updates regarding installation progress, approvals, net metering, and project timelines.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Liaisoning, Engineering, and Service teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and customer service SOPs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback after project completion.
- Maintain customer records, project updates, and complaint logs in CRM systems.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure successful commissioning and customer onboarding.
- Drive customer referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, CSAT, and NPS scores.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹52,289.17 per month
Work Location: In person
