About the Role
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth
by identifying new opportunities, leading strategic initiatives, and managing key client
relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in business
development and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
● Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
● Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.
● Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches.
● Manage and mentor junior business development staff.
● Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements.
● Track and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics.
Requirement
● 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
● Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Desirable
● Experience in the industry or sector relevant to the company.
● Advanced understanding of digital marketing and sales automation tools.
● MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
● Ability to develop and implement innovative business development strategies.
Background
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
